Once we have contacted you, your booking is made in three easy steps:
Booking process
  1. We will email you our booking form, which you complete and send to us.

  2. Please send a cheque for your deposit of £200 per person (e.g. two people £400) payable to 'Angel Holidays Ltd' payment address is given below. If you prefer, you can also pay directly (and securely) into the Angel Holiday's registered HSBC business account  by visiting a HSBC branch near you, simply contact us for details. Once we receive your payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

  3. Approximately 7 weeks before departure we require your payment of the remaining balance. A reminder will be sent to you for this. You will receive email confirmation once this final payment is received. We'll then arrange to meet you at Kathmandu airport.

To ensure your peace of mind our company follows the 'The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulation 1992 Act' ensuring your money is properly managed throughout the booking process. In the unlikely event that our business ceases trading, your payment is completely safe and will be refunded to you in full.
Booking flights from the UK
There are a number of international airlines operating from the UK to join our tour. Qatar, Gulf, Jet Airways, Etihad are some examples. Prices start from around £490-550 and can be booked quite easily via the internet or with agents. We also have a dedicated member of staff to help with information about flights and the best prices. If you need help with this, please let us know on the contact form.

If you are flexible with dates you might want to arrive a day or two early or stay on a little longer in Nepal. We can help with booking extra accommodation for your stay for £45 per room single, and £55 per room double with breakfast. Please ask on booking. The cost can be added to your overall balance to us. Remember, as soon as you arrive in Kathmandu airport we'll be there to meet you whenever you arrive.
